Prof. Quanxin Zhu

Hunan Normal University, China

Professor Quanxin Zhu is a Xiaoxiang Distinguished Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at Hunan Normal University, who has been recognized as a recipient of the Special Allowance from the State Council of China, a Leading Talent in Science and Technology Innovation of Hunan Province, a Furong Scholar Distinguished Professor, and an Alexander von Humboldt Senior Research Fellow. He serves as the Deputy Director of the Key Laboratory of Computational and Stochastic Mathematics (Ministry of Education) and the Director of the Hunan Provincial Key Laboratory for Control and Optimization of Complex Systems. His research focuses on Markov processes, stability, and control of stochastic nonlinear systems, resulting in over 300 SCI publications in top journals including Automatica, IEEE TAC, and SIAM Journal on Control and Optimization. He has received numerous awards such as the First Prize of the Hunan Natural Science Award, First Prize of the Jiangsu Higher Education Natural Science Award, and has been consistently named a Global Highly Cited Researcher from 2018 to 2023. He has presided over 6 NSFC projects and 10 provincial/ ministerial-level research programs. In addition, he holds leadership and editorial roles in several academic committees and international journals, including Editor-in-Chief of Complex Systems Stability & Control and Associate Editor for IEEE Transactions on Automation Science and Engineering.

Prof.Fanchao Kong

Anhui Normal University, China


Born in 1990, Fanchao Kong is currently a Professor and PhD Supervisor at the School of Mathematics and Statistics and the School of Intelligent Information and Advanced Manufacturing, Anhui Normal University. His research focuses on stability and controllability theory for discontinuous systems and its applications in complex network systems and multi‑agent systems. He has published over 120 papers in mainstream SCI journals including the Science China series and IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control. Among them, 82 papers are authored as first or corresponding author, including 30 papers in CAS Q1 TOP journals and 26 papers in IEEE Transactions series journals. His works have accumulated more than 1500 citations, including 4 ESI Highly Cited Papers and 2 ESI Hot Papers. One English monograph was published by Springer, Germany. He has led 6 research projects including the General Program and Youth Program of the National Natural Science Foundation of China. He won the Anhui Provincial Youth Mathematics Award in 2021 (3 recipients per province annually). He has been included in the World’s Top 2% Scientists list since 2022 and selected for the Jianghuai Talents Youth Program (major provincial talent project) in 2026. He serves as Guest Editor for the international SCI journal Symmetry, Youth Editorial Board Member of Journal of Automation and Intelligence (High‑start New Journal of China STM Journal Excellence Action Plan). He participates in journal development and works as an editor for Complex Systems Stability & Control and Journal of Nonlinear Dynamics and Applications. He is currently conducting visiting research in the research group of Foreign Member of the Chinese Academy of Engineering Prof. Yongduan Song, with several important joint research achievements completed.

Prof. Mohd Khair Hassan

Universiti Putra Malaysia, Malaysia

He is a Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), with more than 20 years of research and teaching experience. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Portsmouth (UK), Master’s degree from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, and PhD in Automotive Engineering from Universiti Putra Malaysia. His research interests include control systems, automotive control engineering, artificial‑intelligence applications and circular‑economy frameworks. His particular research focuses lie on advanced energy management, steer‑by‑wire technology development and lithium‑ion battery degradation prediction modelling. His research deeply integrates circular‑economy ideas and has achieved prominent results in secondary battery reuse, life‑cycle optimization of energy‑storage systems and intelligent mobility technologies. He works as a reviewer for multiple international journals and conferences as well as an evaluator for research projects, and has published over 50 papers.

Prof. Kannimuthu Subramanian

Karpagam College of Engineering, India

Kannimuthu Subramanian is currently working as a Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Karpagam College of Engineering, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. He is also Head of the Center of Excellence in Algorithms. He is an IBM Certified Cybersecurity Analyst. He received his PhD degree in Computer Science and Engineering at Anna University, Chennai. He received his M.E (CSE) and B.Tech (IT) degrees at Anna University, Chennai. He has more than 16 years of teaching and industrial experience. He is a recognized supervisor of Anna University, Chennai. Three PhD candidates completed their research under his guidance. He is now guiding seven PhD students. He has published 59 research articles in various International Journals. He published 2 books ("Artificial Intelligence" & “LinkedList Demystified-A Placement Perspective” and 3 Book Chapters (WOS / Scopus Indexed). He is acting as a mentor/consultant for DeepLearning.AI, Hubino, MaxByte Technologies, and Dhanvi Info Tech, Coimbatore. He is an expert member of the AICTE Student Learning Assessment Project (ASLAP). He has presented many papers at various national and international conferences. He has visited more than 100 Engineering colleges and delivered more than 150 Guest Lectures on various topics. He is the reviewer for 50 Journals and 3 Books. He has completed the consultancy project through Industry-Institute Interaction for ZF Wind Power Antwerpen Ltd., Belgium. He has received funds from CSIR, DRDO, and ISRO to conduct workshops and seminars. He has completed more than 610 Certifications (41 Specializations and 4 Professional Certifications) in Coursera, Hackerrank, and NPTEL on various domains. He has guided many research-oriented as well as application-oriented projects organized by well-known companies like IBM. He is actively involved in setting up labs for Cloud Computing, Big Data Analytics, Open-Source Software, Internet Technologies, etc. His research interests include Artificial Intelligence, Data Structures and Algorithms, Machine Learning, Big Data Analytics, Virtual Reality & Blockchain.
